F1 frying oil
An independent external laboratory "ITREG" (Institut des corps gras, Center for Studies and Technical Research, Pessac, France) (Institute of Fatty substances, Center for Examinations and Technical Research, Pessac, France) (hereafter referred to as the Laboratory) conducted a study ( analysis) of product samples Fat oil for up to 30 hours frying F1 Frying oil TM Bunge Pro Cuisine (hereinafter referred to as "Products").

Samples of Products were selected for research (analysis) at the end of each day (6 hours) roasting cycles, described in more detail below.

Testing (practical use) of product samples was carried out in Bunge New Products and Technology EMEA (Bunge New Products and Technologies) laboratory as follows. Using professional equipment we have been frying potatoes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. One such cycle consisted of a 3.5-minute frying and 11.5 minutes of heating. Also, 1 time per hour we fried pork pieces in breadcrumbs, marinade and flour, with the addition of salt. One such cycle consisted of 9 minutes of frying and 6 minutes of heating. In 1 day, 24 cycles were done. In the 5 days of testing, only 120 cycles were performed (24 cycles = 6 hours of roasting throughout the day). The products were filtered at the end of each day.

After processing and analyzing the results of the Laboratory's research, the report concluded that in the case of use of Products up to 30 hours (5 days for 6 hours) and its filtration as described above, its qualitative parameters such as total polar compounds and polymers remain within norms and make up 18,1% of the total polar compounds and 10,6% of polymers.

Since the studies were carried out in Hungary and France, the guidelines were based on the limit values established in the European Union, so the marginal safety indicator for general polar compounds in most European Union countries is 25%, the content of polymers recommended by the Deutsche Gesellschaftfür Fettwissenschaft eV, DGF ) is 12%. If the content of these substances in oil exceeds the indicated values, it should not be used.

The professional chefs also participated in the development and testing of our Products.

BUNGE ProCuisine F1 products are safe and of high quality for up to 30 hours of frying, on average 6 hours of frying for 5 days, subject to the conditions described above.
